Happy New Year Geeks!!
If you have seen Star Wars ::NOT SPOILERS:: then you probably saw the seemingly endless trailers slated for the coming year.In the theater we were focused on the epicness at hand but it was hard not to get excited about the nerdgasms that are to come. Many trailers probably overwhelmed your geek receptors, and awesomely enough there is so much more, and we could think of no better way than to usher in, what we are calling here on the GeekSide:

We decided it would be fitting to start off with a calendar highlighting some of the big releases in store for Geek audiences each month. Granted there are some announcements without definitive dates and many others that one blog cannot contain beyond the limits of tl;dr.
